SHIPPING & PRE-ORDER TIMELINE

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTION TIME
Entry 001 is a pre-order item. Production is placed within 2 business
days of the 34th pre-order, and bracelets ship 7-8 weeks after that.
Manufacturing and freight timelines are estimates, not guarantees. If
Entry 001 does not reach 34 orders by October 15, 2026, every order is
refunded in full, automatically. The 7-8 week window includes domestic transit.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including
tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is free on every order. No codes, no minimums.

We currently ship to US addresses only. Once your order ships, standard
delivery takes 3–5 business days.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it
was placed.

IF THE TIMELINE SLIPS
If we can't ship within the stated window, we'll email you a revised date
and the option to cancel for a full refund. If you don't respond, we cancel
and refund you automatically. Full terms in our Refund Policy.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not
responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we're
happy to help however we can if this happens — reach out to us right away.
